Our products are digital downloads, so you get them right away and we can’t take them back. Because of that, sales are generally final.
When we will fix it or refund you
- The file won’t download or won’t open.
- You got the wrong file.
- The product is clearly not what the listing described.
- You were charged twice by mistake.
Email help@marqueepartygames.com within 14 days of buying, with your order email and what went wrong. We’ll send a working file or refund you.
